By using PouchLess, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA controls where required.
Adult quit-support tool
You must be at least 18 to use PouchLess. The app is intended only for adults who already use nicotine pouches. It does not sell, market, or recommend nicotine products and is not intended for non-users or minors.
No medical advice
PouchLess provides self-entered tracking, calculations, breathing exercises, and general behavioral prompts. It is not a medical device or health-care service and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or determine a safe nicotine dose. Consult a qualified clinician or pharmacist for individualized care.
Subscriptions
PouchLess offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. The paywall shows the localized price, billing period, and any trial eligibility provided by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.
Availability and local data
Features may change or be unavailable because of connectivity, operating-system restrictions, or third-party outages. Core data is stored on your device without an account backup. You are responsible for maintaining device access and for exporting anything you want to keep before deleting the app or clearing data.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer paid access, interfere with the service, or use the app for unlawful activity. We may limit network services to protect users and infrastructure.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PouchLess is provided “as is” without a guarantee that you will quit nicotine or achieve a particular health or financial result. Calculations depend on the information you enter. The liability provisions in Apple’s EULA apply.
